Host - Dialogues in Design: Early Career Conversations
Hi, I'm Nikita. I'm an architectural designer exploring computation and I love having conversations about design and architecture!
I started Dialogues in Design out of curiosity. As a young architectural designer, I often found myself wondering what happens between graduation and becoming an established professional. While there is no shortage of advice online, I felt there was a lack of honest conversations about the realities of building a career in architecture and the wider AEC industry. Every practitioner follows a different path, faces different challenges, and develops a unique perspective on design and practice.
Through Dialogues in Design, I speak with architects, designers, researchers, and industry professionals to uncover those stories. My goal is not to provide a single roadmap, but to create a space where students and early-career professionals can learn from a diverse range of experiences, insights, and lessons. Each conversation helps me better understand the profession while sharing that knowledge with others who are navigating similar journeys.
