Seize the day

I have always been indecisive.
Then I realised life is just a series of decisions. Some tiny, some small, some big. Every second is a decision. What to do, what to avoid, where to place attention. Wake up, go for a walk, skip breakfast, scroll, read… each one quietly shaping the shape of the day.
And the day becomes the foundation for everything else.
I also realised when we plan something big and map out a 10-step process, the real story is in the decisions made at each step. We don’t always follow the plan perfectly, because every step comes with its own context, pressure, and clarity. Our decisions at every step matters.
I’m still learning how not to be overwhelmed by this. But I’m beginning to see that each decision is just a smaller version of a larger one. A fractal of intent.
And when I look at it that way, choosing feels less about being decisive…and more about being intentional.
